  • 12 oz rotini or penne pasta
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Olive oil or butter
  • Garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil or butter in a large pot over medium heat. Add shredded chicken and season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes until warmed through.
  2. Stir in chicken broth, heavy cream, buffalo sauce, ranch seasoning mix, and uncooked pasta. Bring to a boil then reduce heat to low.
  3. Simmer while stirring occasionally until pasta is cooked and tender (about 10-12 minutes).
  4. Stir in Parmesan and cheddar cheeses until melted and creamy.
