  • 1 cup diced onion
  • ¾ cup breadcrumbs
  • â…“ cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp tomato paste
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp ground black pepper
  • ¾ cup ketchup
  • 1 Tbsp white vinegar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, diced onion, breadcrumbs, milk, eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and tomato paste until mixed well.
  3. Shape the mixture into a loaf or pack it into a greased loaf pan.
  4. Bake uncovered for 40 minutes. While baking, mix ketchup and vinegar.
  5. After 40 minutes, spread the ketchup mixture over the meatloaf and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
