  • Streusel: 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup cake flour
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 4 tbsp cold butter

Instructions

  2. Combine dry ingredients: cake flour, baking powder, and salt in one bowl; set aside.
  3. In another bowl, cream together butter and sugar until fluffy. Add egg and vanilla; mix well.
  4. Alternate adding dry ingredients and milk to the creamed mixture until just combined.
  5. Gently fold in blueberries without crushing them.
  6. Spread batter into the prepared dish.
  7. For streusel, mix sugar, flour, and cinnamon; cut in cold butter until crumbly and sprinkle on top of batter.
