Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 Tbsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 (8 oz) cans Pillsbury crescent dinner rolls

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. In a small bowl, combine 1/2 cup sugar with 2 Tbsp cinnamon; set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Add 1/2 cup sugar, 1 egg, and 1 tsp vanilla. Mix until creamy and well combined.
  4. Spray a 9×13 inch baking pan with non-stick spray and sprinkle half of the cinnamon sugar mixture over the bottom.
  5. Roll out one can of crescent dough into a solid sheet and press it into the pan on top of the cinnamon sugar layer.
  6. Spread the cream cheese filling evenly over the dough layer.
  7. Roll out the second can of dough and place it over the cream cheese filling.
  8. Sprinkle any remaining cinnamon sugar on top.
  9. Bake for approximately 30 minutes or until golden brown.
