Ingredients
- 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar (½ cup for filling, ½ cup for topping)
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 Tbsp ground cinnamon
- 2 (8 oz) cans Pillsbury crescent dinner rolls
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a small bowl, mix ½ cup sugar with 2 Tbsp cinnamon and set aside.
- Beat the cream cheese until smooth; add in remaining sugar, egg, and vanilla. Mix until creamy.
- Spray a 9×13" baking pan with non-stick spray and sprinkle half of the cinnamon sugar mixture on the bottom.
- Unroll one can of crescent dough onto waxed paper; press seams together and place in the pan.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the dough layer.
- Repeat with the second can of dough on top of the filling.
- Sprinkle remaining cinnamon sugar on top and bake for about 30 minutes or until golden brown.
