- 1/2 cup heavy cream (or coconut milk)
- Optional: 1/4 tsp pure vanilla extract
- Optional: pinch salt
Instructions
- Finely chop the chocolate and place it in a heatproof bowl.
- Heat the cream (or coconut milk) in a saucepan until just boiling.
- Pour the hot cream over the chopped chocolate and add optional vanilla and salt. Stir until smooth.
- Refrigerate the mixture for at least 2 hours until firm.
- Use a mini cookie scoop or your hands to roll the mixture into small balls.
- Optionally roll truffles in cocoa powder, sprinkles, or crushed nuts before serving.
