- 1 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1 1/2 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp thyme
- 1/2 tsp black pepper

- 12 oz gluten free farfalle pasta
- 4 tbsp butter
- 2 tsp dry shallots
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 2 tbsp Gluten Free 1:1 Flour
- 3 cups heavy cream
- 12 oz shredded parmesan
- 1/4 cup pasta water
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Boil water in a large pot and cook gluten-free farfalle pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Combine paprika, oregano, garlic powder, thyme, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl. Season chicken breasts on both sides.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sear seasoned chicken for about 5 minutes per side until golden brown; then cook covered on medium-low heat for an additional 10–12 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Let rest before slicing.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté dry shallots with garlic powder and Italian seasoning for one minute.
- Sprinkle in gluten-free flour, then gradually whisk in chicken broth followed by heavy cream until smooth. Stir in shredded Parmesan until melted.
- Toss cooked pasta into the sauce; adjust thickness with reserved pasta water if needed. Serve sliced chicken on top.
