  • 2 pounds chuck steak (cubed)
  • 1 large onion (chopped)
  • 1 large bell pepper (chopped)
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 2 large tomatoes (diced)
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • Seasonings: salt, pepper, cumin, chili powder

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add chopped onions and cook until translucent. Stir in minced garlic.
  2. Brown cubed chuck steak in the pot on all sides. Add bell peppers and sauté until softened.
