Ingredients

  • 2 cups rotisserie chicken (finely diced)
  • 4 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • ¼ cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 8 egg roll wrappers
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine rotisserie chicken, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, cheddar and mozzarella cheeses, and ranch seasoning. Mix well until creamy.
  2. Place about ⅓ cup of the filling onto each egg roll wrapper. Wet the edges with water, fold up the bottom corner to cover the filling, then fold in the sides and roll tightly to seal.
  3. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F. Arrange the egg rolls in the basket and spray with cooking spray. Air fry for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
  4. Serve hot with ranch or blue cheese dressing on the side.
