- 6 ounces semisweet chocolate, for ganache
- ¾ cup heavy whipping cream
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a greased or lined 9×9 inch baking pan.
- Melt the semisweet chocolate and butter in a double boiler or microwave until smooth; let cool slightly.
- In a bowl, whisk the melted mixture with sugars until combined, then add eggs one at a time and stir in vanilla.
- In another bowl, sift together flour, cocoa powder, and salt; gently fold into the wet ingredients until just mixed.
- Pour batter into the pan and bake for about 25-30 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean; allow to cool before cutting into squares.
- For the ganache, heat heavy cream until simmering, pour over chopped chocolate, let sit, then stir until smooth.
- Dip brownie squares in ganache or drizzle on top and sprinkle with Fleur de sel.
