Description

Blueberry Pretzel Salad is a delightful and refreshing dessert that perfectly balances creamy textures with the crunch of pretzels and the sweetness of fresh blueberries.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped pretzels
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 8 oz softened cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 cups cool whip
  • 21 oz blueberry pie filling
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries

Instructions

  2. In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese with granulated sugar and vanilla extract until smooth. Gently fold in the cool whip until well-combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix blueberry pie filling with fresh blueberries.
  4. Combine the blueberry mixture with the broken pretzel pieces and cream cheese mixture; gently fold together.
  5. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to a few hours before enjoying.
