  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 cup sour cream

  • 8 oz egg noodles

Instructions

  1. Cook egg noodles according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil or butter over medium-high heat. Sauté beef strips until browned (about 5–7 minutes); remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add onions and garlic; sauté until translucent. Add sliced mushrooms and cook until softened.
  4. Pour in beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and Dijon mustard; stir well and simmer for about 5 minutes.
  5. Lower heat to medium-low and gradually stir in sour cream; season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Return cooked beef to skillet; mix gently until heated through.
