  • 8 oz mushrooms
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil or butter
  • 1 medium onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • Dijon mustard

Instructions

  3. In the same skillet, sauté onions and garlic until translucent, then add mushrooms and cook until softened.
  4. Pour in beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and Dijon mustard; simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Lower heat to medium-low and stir in sour cream; season with salt and pepper.
  6. Return the beef to the skillet; mix gently until heated through.
