- 1 1/2 tablespoons fine sea salt
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 4 cups cool water for brine
Instructions
- Brine the Chicken: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together 4 cups of cool water and 1 1/2 tablespoons of sea salt until dissolved. Add chicken breasts and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Preheat the Grill: Heat your grill to medium heat and brush grates with olive oil.
