Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
- 1 tbsp sriracha (to taste)
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 1 tsp rice vinegar or lime juice
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Rub this mixture over the salmon fillets.
- Place parchment paper on a baking sheet and arrange the salmon skin-side down. Bake for 12–15 minutes until flaky.
- While the salmon bakes, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey or maple syrup (if using), and rice vinegar or lime juice in another bowl until smooth.
- Drizzle the bang bang sauce over each fillet and garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
