  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp sriracha (to taste)
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1 tsp rice vinegar or lime juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Rub this mixture over the salmon fillets.
  3. Place parchment paper on a baking sheet and arrange the salmon skin-side down. Bake for 12–15 minutes until flaky.
  4. While the salmon bakes, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey or maple syrup (if using), and rice vinegar or lime juice in another bowl until smooth.
  5. Drizzle the bang bang sauce over each fillet and garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
