- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
- ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)

- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Thai sweet chili sauce
- 1 teaspoon sriracha
- 1 teaspoon honey
- ½ teaspoon lime juice
Instructions
- Cut the salmon into 1-inch cubes and toss with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Cook using one of two methods: Skillet & Oven: Sear in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat for about 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown; then bake at 400°F for 10-12 minutes. Air Fryer: Preheat to 375°F and air fry for about 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Prepare the bang bang sauce by whisking together mayonnaise, Thai sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and lime juice.
- Toss the cooked salmon bites in the sauce before serving.
