Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- In one bowl, mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt; set aside.
- In another bowl, cream the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time and stir in vanilla.
- Alternately mix in the dry ingredients and buttermilk. Fold in mashed bananas.
- Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25–30 minutes.
- For frosting, beat cream cheese and butter until smooth; gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla until creamy.
