  • 3 cups powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. In one bowl, mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt; set aside.
  3. In another bowl, cream the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time and stir in vanilla.
  4. Alternately mix in the dry ingredients and buttermilk. Fold in mashed bananas.
  5. Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25–30 minutes.
  6. For frosting, beat cream cheese and butter until smooth; gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla until creamy.
