Description

Baked Broccoli Cheese Balls are the ultimate snack for any occasion! These crispy and cheesy bites combine fresh broccoli with rich cheddar and Parmesan, making them a hit among both kids and adults.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups finely chopped broccoli florets
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and steam broccoli until tender-crisp, about 3–5 minutes. Cool and chop finely.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine chopped broccoli, breadcrumbs, cheeses, eggs, flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a greased baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden brown; broil for an extra crispy finish if desired.
  5. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauces.
