- 1/3 cup bourbon (optional)
- 3/4 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons dark brown sugar
- 1 cup diced fresh peaches
- 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 tablespoon chili powder
- 1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1/2 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 3/4 tablespoon onion powder
- 3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 3/4 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 300°F (149°C).
- Combine rub ingredients: smoked paprika, chili powder, garlic powder, brown sugar, and salt.
- Prepare the ribs by rinsing and drying them; remove the silver skin for better flavor absorption.
