- 6 La Brea Bakery Take & Bake Torta Rolls
- 2 large ripe heirloom tomatoes, sliced
- 1 large red onion, sliced
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 2 ½ pounds ground beef
- 6 slices American cheese
- Lettuce leaves
- Ketchup, mayonnaise, mustard (to taste)
Instructions
- Preheat the grill and lightly oil grates.
