  • Kosher salt and black pepper
  • 1/2 cup Tamari sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic (crushed)
  • 1 pound asparagus (trimmed)
  • 3 bell peppers (sliced thinly)
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/3 cup beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter

Instructions

  1. Season flank steaks with kosher salt and black pepper.
  2. Marinate steaks in a zip-top bag with Tamari sauce and crushed garlic for at least one hour.
  3. Assemble bundles by rolling each steak around equal portions of asparagus and bell peppers; secure with toothpicks.
